If you would like Scrappy Dizzle Designz to create a greeting card featuring your pet please fill out the form below! There is a $20.00 flat fee for us to design the card for you. Payment via paypal below.


Prices for the cards will depend on quantity. Sets of 10 start out between $18.99 - $21.99 each depending on the size of the card. Price per set decreases the more you order. We will send you an estimate once we receive your form and will ask that you e-mail the photo(s) you would like to use.
